UTH GmbH unveils an expanded product range for gentle, reliable and sustainable rubber processing at DKT 2024

FULDA/GERMANY. UTH GmbH is proud to announce its enhanced product portfolio for rubber, silicone, and polymer processing at the upcoming DKT, the German Rubber Conference combined with an international expo in Nuremberg, Germany, from July 1st to 4th. Alongside its renowned modular roll-ex® Gear Pump Technology, the company will spotlight advanced fine mesh straining solutions and innovative dosing and mixing solutions, setting new benchmarks in the field.

In a dynamic industry emphasizing quality, sustainability, and cost-efficiency, there’s a growing demand for technologies that ensure gentle and reliable material processing. With almost four decades of experience, UTH GmbH is a leader in the international market for fine mesh straining solutions that meet the highest quality standards while ensuring sustainable production processes. Ongoing innovations empower customers to meet evolving demands in the rubber and silicone industries. Examples of this are the new machine generation based on the Dual-Drive concept, the resource-saving Two-Roll Plasticizer (TRP) for reprocessing rework material, or the continuous milling in rubber processing, the highly precise Polymer Dosing system, and efficient novel silicone compounding solutions.

Due to the modular roll-ex® system and its compatibility with innovative feeding units, UTH’s groundbreaking solutions cater to many applications across various fields such as the Two roll feed (TRF), Single Screw Feeder (SF), and Conical Twin Screw Extruder (DSE). The DSE unit is applicable to the Polymer Dosing System, which is also based on the roll-ex® Gear Pump Technology and closes the gap in the precise and highly accurate dosing of high-viscosity polymers as a specialized product development.

Building on this DSE technology, UTH offers tailored innovations specifically for mixing, straining, and forming silicone compounds, ensuring impeccable surface quality and material homogeneity – results, that are increasingly demanded in the market.

Visitors can explore the extensive range of applications and learn more about solutions achievable with the modular roll-ex® system at booth 9-507. A machine on site will showcase UTH’s state-of-the-art technology.
