Dosing Polymers, Adhesives and Sealants

The supply of highly viscous and solid components in continuous mixing processes imposes high reqirements on the dosing technology. The polymer dosing system is the solution for exact dosing of such materials with different types and forms. Based on the modular designed roll-ex® system, it consists of a gear pump combined with a corresponding feeding unit – a single screw extruder or conical twin screw extruder. This dosing solution guarantees easy handling and facilitates process intergration taking into account the mechanical and control interfaces.
