Precise Dosing for Demanding Materials

As the industry moves toward continuous production, maintaining consistent material formulations remains a key challenge, particularly when processing viscous to highly viscous polymers supplied as bales or in containers.

To address these requirements, UTH introduces its solution based on proven roll-ex® gear pump technology. The system enables the feeding, plasticizing, and precise dosing of demanding materials such as polyisobutylene, SBR bales, and butyl rubber, ensuring reliable and reproducible mixing processes.

The polymer dosing system features a modular design, combining the roll-ex® gear pump with application-specific feeding units. This enables the processing of polymers in various forms while ensuring accurate dosing across a wide range of applications.

The system also supports downstream steps such as filtering, transporting, and coating. The gear pump technology ensures consistent material flow and stable process conditions throughout production.
