The system enables the feeding, plasticizing, and precise dosing of demanding materials such as polyisobutylene, SBR bales, and butyl rubber, ensuring reliable and reproducible mixing processes.<\/p>\n<p>The polymer dosing system features a modular design, combining the roll-ex\u00ae gear pump with application-specific feeding units. This enables the processing of polymers in various forms while ensuring accurate dosing across a wide range of applications.<\/p>\n<p>The system also supports downstream steps such as filtering, transporting, and coating. The gear pump technology ensures consistent material flow and stable process conditions throughout production.<\/p>\n<p>A key advantage is continuous feeding, which contributes to stable processing conditions, minimizes air inclusions, and reduces production interruptions. \u201cContinuous processing places high demands on the handling of viscous materials,\u201d says Bill Bisson, General Manager Sales &amp; Service at UTH North America. \u201cWith our technology, we provide customers with the capability to process these materials with precision, efficiency, and consistent results.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The modular system design also allows easy integration into existing production lines, taking into account both mechanical and control interfaces.<\/p>\n<p>With more than 40 years of experience, UTH develops tailored solutions for rubber, silicone, and adhesives applications.
