With a focus on sustainability and efficiency, UTH is setting new standards in the tire industry by combining high quality with cost efficiency.\u00a0<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Fine Mesh Straining Solutions for Tomorrow\u2019s Challenges<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For 30 years, the proven roll-ex\u00ae extrusion system has been synonymous with reliability and innovation. As the globally leading solution for fine mesh straining in rubber processing, the roll-ex\u00ae technology ensures particularly gentle processing of rubber compounds.\u00a0With throughputs of up to 10,000 kg\/h, UTH\u2019s gear pump extruder and straining solutions meet the demanding economic and technical requirements of the rubber industry<strong>.<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Inline straining, in particular, offers significant advantages in tire production which are shown, for example, when straining masterbatch stages or final batch<strong>. <\/strong>Due to its modular design, the roll-ex\u00ae system\u00a0\u2013 based on the patented gear pump combined with either a two-roll feeder (TRF) or a conical twin-screw extruder (DSE) \u2013 can be seamlessly integrated into almost any production line concept. This innovative solution ensures consistent, high-quality results while saving resources and energy\u2014critical factors in tire production where even minor material inconsistencies can impact product performance and precision. <strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>TRP technology is suitable for the plasticization and homogenization of masterbatch and finalbatch compounds, delivering reproducible material properties. Thanks to its advanced temperature control based on an innovative roll design, the TRP enables a particularly gentle and steady processing.
