Innovative roll-ex\u00ae<\/sup> solutions for the processing of rubber compounds at Tire Technology Expo 2023, in Hannover from 21 \u2013 23 March.<\/p>\n

At booth 3020, UTH GmbH from Fulda\/Germany will be presenting <\/strong>its extended product range. UTH\u2019s<\/strong> core competencies include innovative roll-ex\u00ae<\/sup> Fine Mesh Straining solutions and roll-ex\u00ae<\/sup> Gear Pump Technology. <\/strong>These technologies enable rubber and tire manufacturers worldwide to meet the challenges of rubber processing. <\/strong>The demands are <\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong>products of the highest quality as well as greater cost-effectiveness: A goal that poses great challenges given the current energy and raw material situation and one which calls for intelligent solutions.<\/strong><\/p>\n

New requirements in the tire industry, the demand for sustainable and reliable processes, the consistent reduction of the scrap rate, new specifications: All these aspects are covered by the new generation of roll-ex\u00ae machines since UTH is always focused on the continuous development of special machines for the tire and rubber industry. These machines are used in the different areas of tire manufacturing, for example, in the rework area (based on the TRP technology for the economical and gently reworking of material generated in tire production), in the mixing line for the final compound and master batch, complete offline straining cells and in the extrusion line.<\/p>\n

UTH\u2019s proven roll-ex\u00ae<\/sup> extrusion system has become the benchmark on the international market for fine mesh straining solutions: The roll-ex\u00ae<\/sup> gear pump ensures particularly gentle processing of the material and fast compound changes. With throughputs of up to 10,000 kg\/h the gear pump extruder and strainer solutions are optimally developed for the cost-effective performance of mixing lines in the tire industry. Inline straining, in particular, offers advantages in tire production, which are shown, for example, when straining masterbatch stages or final batch. The modular combination of the patented gear pump with a two-roll feeder (TRF) or a conical double-screw extruder (DSE) allows integration in almost all mixing lines.<\/p>\n

Apart from these applications, there is a market demand for continuous strip-making solutions with optional straining capability. To meet these requirements a compact straining cell consisting of a gear pump with a single screw extruder as well a cooling line and stacking unit is used.<\/p>\n

For more than 35 years UTH has been successfully established on the international market specialising in the development of customer-specific solutions for the rubber and tire industry. The range of intelligent upstream and downstream equipment enables seamless integration in mixing lines of all sizes.<\/p>\n
