\u00a0<\/strong>UTH GmbH from Fulda, Germany will exhibit its extended range of products, covering both roll-ex\u00ae<\/sup> fine-mesh straining systems and roll-ex\u00ae<\/sup> gear pump technology, at stand no. 3C277, hall N3. With a focus on fine-mesh straining of rubber compounds in large mixing lines, UTH GmbH will present its solutions for applications requiring highest availability and cost-efficiency.<\/p>\n

Rubber processing presents enormous challenges day in day out to rubber and tyre manufacturers. The demand is for products of the highest quality and,\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 simultaneously, for greater cost-effectiveness. Accordingly, UTH has made progress in perfecting the manufacturing of tyre, rubber and silicone products. \u201cIt has been proven, that the quality of rubber compounds can be improved significantly by fine mesh straining\u201d, clarifies Peter J. Uth (Managing Director, UTH GmbH).<\/p>\n

With throughputs up to 10000 kg\/h the roll-ex\u00ae<\/sup> gear extruder systems from UTH have set the benchmark worldwide for fine-mesh straining of rubber compounds. Using either the compact two-roll feeder (TRF) or a conical twin screw feeder (DSE), the modular design of the roll-ex\u00ae<\/sup> system enables the integration of the strainer in each specific line design. Because of the flexible and compact design, a seemless integration into existing lines is also possible.<\/p>\n

Apart from fine mesh straining, precision extrusion is another application focus of roll-ex\u00ae<\/sup> gear extruders and gear pumps where high working pressures of up to 800\u00a0bar can be applied.\u00a0 UTH can supply complete lines as a system solution for the manufacture of rubber-coated wire, yarn or fibre components<\/p>\n
